RHCE Exam on day 5

This 5 day course provides intensive hands-on training on Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and also includes the RH302 RHCE Certification Exam on the last day. Participants enrolled on the RH300 should expect to undertake the RHCE exam on the Friday. The exam cannot be deferred. Failure to attend the exam will forgo the exam cost, requiring an additional booking and exam fee if you wish to resit later.
Those who are interested in taking the RH300 course, but who are not interested in the RHCE certification or who wish to defer their RHCE exam to a later date, should consider the RH301 instead. Duration 5 days. Price $3,575. |

| Overview |
The Certification Lab Exam is bundled with RH300, but if you are already an expert with a current Red Hat Enterprise Linux system, you may skip the course and just take the Exam.
The Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) Exam stands apart from many other certification programs in the IT sector because of its emphasis on hands-on performance-based testing of actual skills in Red Hat Linux installation, configuration, debugging, and setup of key networking services.
RHCE Exam is a performance-based practical exam comprising of 2 sections:
Section I: Troubleshooting and System Maintenance (2.5 hours)
Section II: Installation and Configuration (3 hours)
In order to pass the Red Hat Certified Engineer exam on the current version of Red Hat Enterprise Linux you must successfully complete all the RHCT-level Troubleshooting and System Maintenance requirements, and successfully complete enough additional RHCE items to earn a score of 80 or higher overall on the section. Duration 1 day. Price $1,072. |
