Service Delivery Manager
Open Systems Support provides Managed IT Services, IT Consulting, Infrastructure support and Cloud Services.
We are now seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a strong technical background to join our Managed Services division and be a technical escalation point and manager to our service desk team. The successful candidate will also assist with design and technical consulting on projects as required.
If successful, you will ensure that the service desk team activities are prioritised correctly and assist in coordination of resources to maintain efficient resourcing. You will help us to continue building our world class systems, people and processes, and ensure that we are meeting out SLAs on support contracts. You will help design technical solutions for clients that meet their business needs and assist with quoting and proposals for projects and managed services.
You will have strong leadership and strategic management skills to help deliver our company vision.
